Choose the left or right pad, position the curved edge toward the toe and the flat edge toward the ball of the foot, peel the backing, apply to a clean, dry outer sole, and press firmly before wear.
4. Are the pads left and right specific?
Yes. Each HEELMATE™ pad is marked for left or right placement to help guide application.
5. How long does HEELMATE™ last?
The outer grip layer is designed for extended wear, but lifespan will vary depending on frequency of use, walking surfaces, and wear conditions. Replace the outer grip layer when the tread becomes visibly worn.
